The Investment Corporation shall appoint a responsible person with regard to handling of personal information and comply with the Law concerning the Protection of Personal Information (Law No. 57 of 2003 as amended, the “Law” ) and related laws and regulations, guidelines stipulated by the competent authorities, etc.

Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, the Investment Corporation shall utilize personal information to the extent necessary for achieving the following purposes:

• To ensure exercise by the holders of securities issued by the Investment Corporation of their rights and performance by the Investment Corporation of the obligations it owes, and to carry out any other measures to establish good the relationship between the Investment Corporation and its unitholders;
• To prepare and submit reports and other documents stipulated by the Investment Trust and Investment Corporation Law, the Commercial Code and other related laws and regulations, and to manage information on holders of units of the Investment Corporation;
• To respond to inquiries about issuance by the Investment Corporation of corporate bonds, additional units and other securities;
• To carry out businesses by the Investment Corporation relating to acquisition of, research on and examination for acquisition of investment assets and sales and other disposition thereof;
• To carry out leasing businesses by the Investment Corporation;
• To carry out businesses incidental or relating to items ⅰ through ⅴ; and
• To disclose or provide personal information to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes as set forth in above items.

The Investment Corporation shall acquire personal information in an appropriate and fair method.

The Investment Corporation shall, in connection with personal information it owns, make efforts to keep it accurate and updated.

Unless otherwise stipulated under the relevant laws and regulations, the Investment Corporation shall not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent from the relevant person.

The Investment Corporation shall, when it entrusts handling of personal information to third parties, take measures for protection of personal information and properly oversee the third parties through confirming the third parties’ internal system for protection of personal information, making contractual arrangements or other methods.

The Investment Corporation shall, in connection with handling of personal information, take appropriate safeguard measures in light of organization, staffing and computer system and thereby establishing safeguard system necessary for protection of personal information.

The Investment Corporation shall make internal rules in connection with protection of personal information, and continuously review these rules and make every effort to improve them.
